We've all been there: what worked yesterday on the bench doesn't seem to work today in the field. And why does every problem seem to get worse Friday afternoon, or the day before a big trip is scheduled?
While we hope you aren't waiting until the last minute to get your questions answered, regardless the imc DataWorks customer support team is here to help you.
What do I do now? Hints Before You Call Support...
- Hardware (imc systems, modules, ...):
- Try cycling the power on the system.
- Network:
- Are the network activity lights blinking? If not, try a different cable or PC.
- Software:
- On hung systems, CTRL-ALT-DEL to shut down the task reboot.

U.S. Customers:
- Online: the imc DataWorks User Community offers a forum for asking and answering questions from imc FAMOS sequencing and file importing, to FAQs on system connectivity.
- E-mail (hotline@imcdataworks.com) and telephone (608-231-6123). Our technical support facility is in Madison, Wisconsin and generally follows standard business hours in the central time zone.
Outside the U.S.A.:
- For international imc customers, we recommend contacting your local distributor for immediate (and language appropriate) assistance.
