imc DataWorks recommends system calibration every 2 years for most users. Our service technicians test each channel of your system to make sure it is operating within the strict tolerances specified when you purchased your system. We then correct any problems that we find. While your system is at our service facility for calibration we will update it with the latest firmware, software, and hardware improvements, is all part of our commitment to quality and service. All imc DataWorks calibrations conform to MIL specifications and are fully NIST traceable. Pre- and post- calibration data are available for a small additional fee. At this time we do not offer a user self-verification product. Contact us for information about a verification procedure and to discuss the cost effectiveness of such a test. Contact us to schedule your calibration; for scheduling we prefer several weeks notice. |
