imc DataWorks offers support on all imc products via e-mail (hotline@imcdataworks.com), online (WebEx), or via telephone at 608-231-6123. There is no charge for support services to registered users / sites. 
Additional fee based services include custom application and macro development, training and test devlopment project managment. Our applications group encourages you to contact them for more information. imc offers a one-year limited warranty on all hardware and software products, including software updates for the duration of the warranty. Extended warranties / service contracts are available. Contact our service department for more information. Calibration and repair services are available through our Madison, Wisconsin facility. Please refer to the calibration page for more information. When contacting imc DataWorks, please have serial number and software version available for support personnel. |
