From one expert to another – training and support

To this end, we offer many different types of knowledge transfer, such as training courses, workshops and seminars. And if you have training questions or problems outside of the realm of our scheduled services, our engineers and technical staff are always willing to discuss problems and solutions, and help you with your concerns. We readily offer our services at our offices, our partners’ offices and, of course, we can also come directly to you.

Our training concept

Our training programs are divided into manageable units. The content of each course aligns with the current information needs and requirements of our customers and are available for beginners and advanced users alike. Following the principle of "learning by doing", all of the course content is consolidated into detailed exercise examples.

In the software training, each participant has their own individual work space and tasks, and in the hardware training, devices are shared in small groups. You always have the opportunity to ask the instructor questions at any time directly, or to discuss them during breaks or after the training.

Training materials that will help out later

For all of our training programs we provide you with accompanying course notes that you can take with you to practice from, or to use as reference materials. These will help to solidify your knowledge and help you to become more efficient in your daily work.
