GPS fails on autostart

GPS data is stored on my computer or memorycard when I start a measurement manualy, but fails when using the autostart option.

Has somebody an idea how to manage this problem. I'm triing to prevent that I need a laptop to start every GPS measurement. (using a Busdaq)
