We use the Garmin18 GPS mouse with the BusDAQ-X system.
We have configured the basic GPS parameters to be logged in the device.
Examples are Speed, Time, Heading Direction, Latitude, Longitude, Longitudinal Acceleration and so forth.
We have configured a virtual channel = Distance = Integral of Speed (with a factor to convert kmph to meters).
We would like to understand if there is a possibility of generating a Virtual channel Lateral Acceleration.
How do we configure the online FAMOS to do the following
"xyz_Channel" = Cosine function of (change in) Heading direction multiplied by Speed.
xyz_Accel (Lateral Acceleration) = Differentiation of "xyz-Channel" with respect to time.
Requesting help in the codes to be used for Online FAMOS.
Please also help evaluate the procedure of Lateral Acceleration measurement from GPS parameters.
