Revolutionizing the world of CAN Bus Data Collection, the
busDAQ ultra-compact stand alone CAN Bus
data acquisition system, tailored for applications in
transportation engineering and testing, is ready for your most demanding
in-vehicle CAN data logging, with features not found other simple "CAN Loggers"
|
|
Based on the CRONOS Platform, the busDAQ
supports direct CAN Bus logging (e.g. the Vector .mdf format), as well as synchronized real time recording
and evaluation of up to 512 bus channels, including data from the general purpose
CANSAS modules. CAN definitions may be entered manually, or imported from
popular CAN database formats, such as Vector's .DBC, or ASAM's .A2L formats.
BusDAQ also optionally supports several CAN Based ECU communication protocols, such as CCP and KWP2000, included in the BusDAQ ECU Kit.
Standard Features of the BusDAQ include
- DC Smart Power Supply: 10 - 50 VDC input, with battery backup (include AC adapter for benchtop use)
- Operating environment -40 to +85°C, condensation allowed
- Dual independent node CANBus interface, including software switchable termination, and settings for
high or low-speed CANBus. Baud rate and message ID size (11-bit standard, 29-bit extended) is
also software selectable
- 10/100 Mbit Ethernet Connectivity
- Stand-alone "autostart" mode -- blackbox operation, no PC or user intervention required
- Compact Flash storage slot
- Standby mode for fast start (< 0.2s) log-on-CANBus activity
- Online FAMOS realtime system
- CANBus input and output capability
BusLOG for Fleet Logging and CANSAS Logging
BusDAQ's "little brother", the BusLOG, is a smaller, lower-power version of BusDAQ, designed specifically for fleet operations needing "black box" recording, without all the "bells & whistles".
BusLOG, like the BusDAQ systems, includes CANSAS configuration capability, also making an ideal data collector hub for distributed networks of CANSAS analog and digial i/o modules. |
