Road Testing at Volvo Truck
One of the most challenging aspects of on-road vehicle testing
is testing in remote areas, well removed from the R & D center.
With the help of imc technology, Volvo Truck has implemented a test
system that crosses state and country borders. The key feature: every
truck's measurement process can be observed and controlled without
the test engineers ever leaving the office, significantly reducing the
chance of expensive retesting due to bad road data.
